What we hold

• Business data about a company: its domain, the public records we collected and the findings we reviewed.
• A business contact for outreach: name, work email and role, only where you have published it or given it to us.
• For people who sign in: email, name and role, plus an audit trail of actions taken.

We do not collect passwords, personal browsing data or anything from your internal systems.

Why and how long

To tell you what the public internet shows about your business and to offer help fixing it. Scan data is kept for 12 months by default, then deleted automatically.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold, or to stop contacting you. Write to hello@sentinelgrid.africa. Deletion on request removes the company record, its scans, evidence and findings. We keep a minimal do-not-contact entry so that we honour your request.
